Board Management

We provide the daily support and task execution that allows association leadership to focus their energy on strategy and goal setting. We leave every board meeting with detailed minutes, an action item tracker, and an understanding of how our team can best execute the board’s goals for their organization.
Our team is adept at project prioritization, helping board members determine the relative importance of various projects. This allows our clients to focus on the most immediate priorities and save others for later, rather than starting multiple major projects all at once. We work with our client boards to create project timelines and periodically review them to make necessary adjustments.
Committee Support
Committees are essential to association success, made up of volunteers who share their expertise for the betterment of the association. However, these volunteers likely have a wide range of other responsibilities vying for their attention. That’s where CAM comes in. Our job is to manage volunteer time and resources, project timelines, and budgeting to ensure that volunteers’ valuable contributions are utilized efficiently and effectively.
